Admission

The candidates seeking admission for the courses with prescribed qualification shall submit the duly filled-in application to the admission office with copies of certificates on or before the stipulated time.

For the Under Graduate Courses

The following certificates / documents have to be submitted along with duly filled Application form (Originals + 4 Photostat Copies):

• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied
• HSC / Pre-degree / AISSCE / ISCE / CBSE / Intermediate / Diploma mark statement(s)
• Diploma / Pass Certificate
• Migration Certificate for the students who have passed the qualifying examination other than Tamil Nadu .
• Eligibility Certificate obtained from the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University, Chennai (For students who have passed their Qualifying examination other than HSC Course Tamil Nadu)
• Community Certificate (Other than OC / FC candidates)

For the Post Graduate Courses

The following certificates / documents have to be submitted along with duly filled Application form (Originals + 4 Photostat Copies):

• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied
• UG Mark Statements of all the years
• UG Provisional / Degree Certificate
• Council Registration Certificate(s) obtained from the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council
• Experience Certificate for the period of minimum one year from the date of first registration with State Nursing Council
• Community Certificate (Other than OC / FC candidates)
